Christmas Day Brunch on December 25, 2017, will be available from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Multiple food stations will be available, including Chef's Colucci's famous seafood risotto. The cost is $89 per adult, $30 for children aged 5–12 and complimentary for children ages four and under. 

In Cielo Restaurant on the eighth floor, a sumptuous buffet is planned with many "action stations," including the following menu highlights:

  • Entree stations: Salmon trout with fava beans and candied lemon zest, turkey breast with chestnut date stuffing; and a carving station with prime rib, glazed ham, roasted lamb shank
  • Pasta station: Seafood ravioli with crab meat and bagna cauda sauce, fettuccine with sun dried tomato and pesto, sausage thyme risotto with mushroom and pecorini sauce 
  • Seafood display: Oyster, crab claw, sushi alaska, ahi tuna, california roll, sashimi
  • Dessert station: Gingerbread panna cotta, mini tiramisu, cranberry chocolate panettone, torta caprese, chocolate mint cannoli, hot chocolate float, eggnog budino, maple cream bignola  

The buffet also includes a charcuterie station, soup and salad station, Asian corner and a kids' corner.
