It is the start of a new year and instead of being on trend, we are striving to be trendsetters. In the quest for a healthy, good tasting cocktail, our mixologists have come up with innovative tea based beverages. These cocktails are served chilled and infused with various herbs and spices. Agave nectar is used in place of a higher calorie simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice provides electrolytes with Vitamin C and a healthy serving of antioxidants is supplied by the tea itself. The small dose of caffeine also helps rev up our metabolism...who doesn't love that?! Earl Grey Chaos: 2.5 oz Black Pepper and Earl Grey Infused Gin, 1 oz Limoncello, Lemon Juice, Agave Nectar, Lemon Twist.

Featuring live music by local band The Usual Suspects at Cielo Bar every Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 pm. Join mixologist Michael Clark at the Cielo bar and enjoy his latest winter cocktail program. Clark is working in partnership with the Gin Girl Natasha Bahrami from the Gin Room, owner of the Planter's House Ted Kilgore and the beverage manager from Mission Taco Kyle Harland. Stop by and taste the 'Barreled Rebellion' based of New Holland barrel aged Gin and Clockwork orange liquor; the 'Kentucky Breeze' consisting of Four Roses Bourbon with Pickney Bend Tonic Syrup; or the 'Mission Top Shelf Margarita' with Miastro Dobel Tequila and dry Curacao.

Cielo Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2016 Restaurant Wine List Awards.
